I love this faucet! Touchless activation works flawlessly. It's very attractive. Pairs perfectly with my large single basin Kohler sink. I did spring for professional installation of the new sink and faucet. Plumber had no difficulty. On November 27, the day Thanksgiving the sensitive malfunctioned. Since tgen, it works sometimes and sometimes not. The water has cone on with mo obe even near the sink. I will be calling Kohler today 12/16. I'm not too happy that just over a month after installation the sensor is not working properly.

The faucet itself is beautiful but the touchless feature does not work. Very disappointing. Our contractor has tried to get it to work but it doesn’t and unfortunately we didn’t discover the problem until after the return window.

Beautiful faucet. Great idea. Ships without a necessary part, the collet service kit K-1186675. Without this part, there is a high likelihood that it will spray water everywhere from inside your cabinet where the hose inserts into the solenoid. Also, if you have to get a new cover assembly because you need a new circuit board, it is backordered for months, but they will still tell you to expect it to arrive in 3-5 business days. Ordered one through Amazon initially but returned it because the box was opened and I noticed that a couple of the washers were damaged on arrival. I didn’t order an open box product and this thing costs too much to arrive in anything but pristine condition.

We installed this faucet as part of a significant kitchen update. It is truly elegant atop the marble-like quartz countertop. It works flawlessly. The spray-end options are the best we have experienced. It is well worth the price and thus a good value.

We purchased and installed this faucet in our kitchen. The install took less than an hour since we already had electricity running to that spot. The faucet works extremely well and I particularly like that the sensor is up under the neck so we have never gotten our sleeves wet but turning it on accidentally. The finish is beautiful. I highly recommend this faucet!

This polished nickel faucet has a beautiful finish and a clean sleek look even though it is a substantial size. I love the 3 spray options and the pulldown reaches across and into my entirr sink. So far the pulldown functions really well and clicks nicely back into place.Note that the handle rotates forward and back forth for temperature control and between the size of our Krauss workstation sink (love) and requirements of quartz countertop fabrication, the handle (which is not adjustable inside) clears my wall (tile, not a quartz backsplash) by a whisker. Obviously not an issue if you are installing on an island.

Takes some patience to install in that I had to adjust placement of the solenoid to aid in getting the hose to retract smoothly. I even made cardboard cutouts for the faucet and instant hot water faucet I was installing at the same time. But I still had to move things around to keep everything out of each others way. I recommend making sure the hose hangs straight down from the faucet - this means placing the solenoid to the side a little. Also beware (school of hard knocks) - the instructions say to remove the cover from the hose connection before installing the hose. Figuring the little white plastic piece was the cover, I removed it. Wrong. That was the clip that secures the hose in place. Without it the hose ejected, sprayed water - you get the picture. I re-installed the clip and life is fine. The only shortfall with the product is the grease (supposed to be supplied) was missing. So I'll have to figure that out at some point. I also took some other people's advice and put a water sensor on the floor of the cabinet just in case anything leaks in the future.
