  • A3967 Motor Driver
  • EasyDriver requires a 7V to 30V supply to power the motor and can power any voltage of stepper motor. The EasyDriver has an on board voltage regulator for the digital interface that can be set to 5V or 3.3V.
  • Connect a 4-wire stepper motor and a microcontroller and you've got precision motor control!EasyDriver drives bi-polar motors, and motors wired as bi-polar. I.e. 4,6, or 8 wire stepper motors.
  • On this version (v4.4) we fixed the silk error on the min/max adjustment. It provides much more flexibility and control over your stepper motor, when compared to older versions.
  • The microstep select (MS1 and MS2) pins of the A3967 are broken out allowing adjustments to the microstepping resolution. The sleep and enable pins are also broken out for further control.cjmcu made.

Specifications:
A3967 microstepping driver
MS1 and MS2 pins broken out to change microstepping resolution to full, half, quarter and eighth steps (defaults to eighth)
Compatible with 4, 6, and 8 wire stepper motors of any voltage
Adjustable current control from 150mA/phase to 750mA/phase
Power supply range from 7V to 30V. The higher the voltage, the higher the torque at high speeds
Note:
Do not connect or disconnect a motor while the driver is energized. This will cause permanent damage to the A3967 IC.
The installation of electronic modules requires basic knowledge and requires a certain electronic professional foundation and hands-on ability. Please purchase carefully!
Real colors may slightly differ from the pictures, as it depends on specific monitor settings and light brightness.
We highly appreciate all customers opinions to improve the selling, also if anything you unsatisfied, please contact us for probable best solution.

Very low quality. I purchased this type of EasyDrivers for a long time, and never had any problems. I'm experience with soldering and am sure I didn't damage anything, while soldering pins to the boards. Also, the soldered profiles look clean and not perfect in shape.

Yep, it's an easydriver clone, with all the properties you'd expect from the original (well v4.4).The microstepping pins are pulled up which makes them not so easy to control from a microcontroller. Luckily you can remove the pull-up resistors, connect them to GPIOs, and drive them high if you do want microstepping. There are no heat sinks on the linear regulator so it gets very hot, especially if you're using it to also power a microcontroller (eg. Esp8266). Definitely put a heat sink on the A3967 and consider powering the low voltage side and your controller with a buck converter instead. I might have cooked the linear regulator stepping 24v down to 3.3v...All that aside, this is a fantastically easy way to drive stepper motors with a couple or three GPIOs per motor - only the step input is truly required to make any use of a stepper but you'll probably want to wire up the direction pin too.
