Can was all dented in and handle broke. And about 1/6 of paint was missing. Fo you not check your product? We needed it, so we kept it.

I've been using Kool Seal for several years on my motorhome. I'm not sure it really has a 10-year life, but it's easy to apply and clean up, bright white, so it's naturally reflective. Price is good for what you get, doesn't stick great to everything (i.e. tape/caulking,) but adheres well to the actual roofing material. Recommended.

This is roof coating for my RV. It was sold my Amazon at a good price because it was a return with a little damage to can. The packaging coming to me was terrible, much too big of a box with only one little piece of paper to kept the can from bouncing around in the box. the lid cracked opened a little and made a mess. This must have been packaged up on a Friday.

Washed roof then caring 3 gallons is enough for 42’ I did 3 coatings in the roof turns out great. Bought it before in a different rv now this a a newer rv it’s worth the purchase. It made the difference helps keep inside cooler when hot weather. Would recommended it

This product is very good all around. Easy to use, very white. Does everything it says it should and is the best brand I have ever used and I have used others. I bought more after trying it and its a bonus on the cooling, it really makes a difference. I highly recommend it.

Original application was 5 coats thick. Easy to apply. Each coat dries very thin. I recommend to really slather it on for each coat. Lasted for 1.5 years. Then it was time to scrape sand and reapply. The can came with the lid off and all of the contents contained within the shipping bag :( What A Mess. I was able to recover a good portion of the coating material. I would have returned it but, I am going camping tomorrow and needed the product now.

I got this to complete 5 gal pail that came up a bit short. So far so good, the product flows very well and builds a nice surface, a roller is best.. it is amazing what it does on a roof, in heat of the day while a normal asphalt or similar flat roof is 130 + F degrees, un coated it burns to touch right through ones shoes, whereas this type of coating makes it feel cool. to touch of the hand.
