So easy for this aunt to put together with her niece and nephew. Great way to learn new skills. Great value and seems very durable.

Bought for grandson who was excited to start on building, although he discovered two pieces missing after he started the Jeep. Also, one piece in the flatbed truck kit was broken, but could be glued. We didn't want to have to return it because grandson had already started the Jeep. Tried to contact the company 3 times, and never heard anything back. Disappointed in the customer service- not even an acknowledgement of receiving our messages. The kits are individually bagged in a box, which we thought was nice. The wood screws do not have sharp points, which is a safety feature for kids, although it does make it a little harder for grandson to get the screws started.I wish our experience had been better, because the idea of the kits is a good one.

Boys 7 and 9 assembled one set and asked for another so they could switch and each got to build all the parts.

this was just what I was looking for. Product was as described and was easy to assemble with the enclosed schematics. My grandson and I had a great time putting these items together. He also enjoyed painting them. This was a good purchase and I plan to buy more in the near future.

My son is in a phase where he wants to build things, not trusting him with power tools yet, I purchased this set for him and he loved it. It can be tough to screw the screws in fully, so I had to assist him with that but other than the screws taking a little muscle, he had a great time building these.

It was generally appropriate for a toddler to assemble under supervision - only screws to assemble.Problems:Extremely weak glue joints separated immediately (on flatbed and on Jeep windshield); we resolved with short brad nails; a factory brad through these joints would resolveOne piece mis-drilled / wrong part provided (two sides, should have been drilled with opposite pattern); net, had to put on from wrong side.Drawing slightly wrong for bottom of Jeep (hole pattern in drawing inconsistent with actual parts, but parts mutually compatible)
