it did what it was meant to do, grind down uneven concrete. I'd say 4.5 stars - because it is near impossible to take off grinding wheel once used (still have not removed it!) But it is a work horse - and happy with the actual performance.

Excellent machine for leveling the concrete floor. I was hesitant about whether the job could be done. Worked perfectly for preparing the concrete floor for vinyl plank flooring.

Pretty good for the money. The shield came off while we were working and it was a little less horse power than I needed. It was easy to assemble and caused a LOT of dust. But I underestimated what it could do.

It's fine for what it is. I've tried a couple of the cheaper grinders and I've found this one to be the best so far. It's powerful and comes with everything you need to get grinding right away. I use it professionally to grind down humps in concrete subfloors. The dust collector works great in conjunction with a shop vac fitted with a dust bag. I did need adapter parts to connect it to my full size Ridgid vac. I bought those parts at Home Depot. My only complaint is with the handle. It doesn't like to stay tight and I may end up using some Teflon or thread locker to help it out.Overall great buy.

Heavy but powerful, it generates a lot of dust. I grind wet to control dust. It looks a very professional style, and it is a right price for DIY project. Love to own one.

This thing absolutely rips! Put the right disk type for the job and know how to do it, and you're set. This motor is extremely powerful and will hold up much better than any wheel you can put on it. I sometimes run it for an hour straight or longer chopping crap up and grinding, it's choking on concrete powder for 3 hours straight and my mask has an inch of dust on it, meanwhile this thing is still chugging along just like it did out of the box. Just blow it out with air when the job is done and it's good to go. It'll pop the circuit breaker in most circuits I plug it into, and an inverter with enough power for it to run costs more than a new phone, but if you can feed the thing enough power it'll run real well. Better use two hands when you first get it going too because especially if you use a heavy disk, this thing jerks itself like a fish on the chopping block the second you press the trigger. It'll fly off the table if you're not careful.Im always cutting metal so i might add something: for the best attachment you can get to cut 99 percent of materials, look for solid steel wheels with the diamond cutting edge. Ones for metal will have different edge patterns and roughness of the diamond material. The smooth, sometimes continuous edge ones are for masonry uses. It's a little expensive to buy the ones with a larger diameter but just do it and you'll thank me later. It lasts way longer than those fiberglass ones, and best of all, they don't try to maim you. The first time you use a fiberglass wheel and it explodes is quite frightening, but still safer than a metal wheel biting because you gave it a weird angle and having the whole grinder break apart or be ripped out of your grip. It definitely takes practice and focus to use an angle grinder, sure anyone can do it, however it's not such a safe tool and having one this powerful should be taken seriously.
