Lot of scraps, marks of use. Clearly a refurbish package. Plastic bags closed with stamples. Was sold as new but clearly not the case.Too expensive to return item back !This purchase is a waste of money.

Shocks restored nice ride to my 88 Bronco.Shipping box contained pair of these without any bubble wrap or other packing. One shock’s box was busted open and missing metal caps. Customer service responded quickly only to tell me replacement hardware packs weren’t available. Recommended looking elsewhere (dealer) or reusing old ones if they were in good shape.Installation is as easy as it’s gonna get when replacing 30 yo parts. Here’s the easy way I used:I purchased a nut splitter from the auto store down the street bc the price was comparable to online prices and I could get it immediately. The splitter goes over the top of the old shock, over the old nut. Then you just tighten it up and it cut the nut open easily. I then loosened the tool, flipped it over, and split it again in the same spot. This forces the nut to release from the threads completely. Remove the splitter and the trashed nut. The top of the shock is free for uninstalling. And so, the shocks are great but just do a return if the shock’s shipping box doesn’t contain an unopened hardware pack.

Perfect fit on my truck. Rides ten times smoother and helped my 2 inch spacer lift not bottom out and compensates the extra travel. Its hard to beat these for quality and price. I've had them installed for about 4 months now and still love them.

I finally got around to installing the shocks and the rear KYB 344079 went right on. when I got to the front and installed the KYB 344076, there was only 1" of clearance. The shocks are way to long. Wondering if they were miss boxed. I have a 1995 Ford F150 xl 4x4, 5.0L. I double checked and this number says its right. Almost like I was sent F250 shocks. I wanted to exchange them but I guess my return date has passed. I guess I will go with a different brand.

Easy fit, and great ride. If you have a 80-96 Ford Bronco with quad front shocks, the 344076 and the 344049 shocks are what you use.

Put this on my 1985 Ford Bronco, these replaced the OEM shocks that were worn out. A great shock for the price, rides nice and smooth.
