I had a rattling noise coming from my rear passenger side when I'd go over bumps. I replaced the shocks and the noise went away. However, as others have mentioned, the shocks are very mooshy and the vehicle bounces a lot. Now, after having them on the vehicle only about four months, the rear driver side shock is making a rattling noise when going over bumps. It seems these are poor quality parts and the 1-star reviews are beginning to stack up. I'd recommend buying another brand.

Installed these on a 2013 Town and Country with only 53k miles. I bought these because KYB is supposed to be the best. Had these installed and immediately after leaving the garage the van felt " mooshy" on the freeway. Brought it back to the garage and they performed a bounce test and the van bounces 6 times! Just like Uncle Bucks car in the movie! State of NH only allows a vehicle to bounce 3 times or it fails inspection! Now I need to have these replaced at additional cost and teturn this junk! When did KYB turn into junk?? This is a major inconvenience!

I installed a pair of these on my wife’s Town and Country. Huge improvement in ride quality. It not only is more comfortable, but definitely safer and gives me more confidence on the road. I would recommend these to anybody. Very high quality.

These were replacement shocks for 10 year old OEM shocks on our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. The KYB shocks appear to be well made out of the box and were an exact fit. Once installed, an immediate improvement in ride quality was noted, as well as elimination of a "loose lumber" hydraulic hammer noise over small bumps which had developed in the OEM shocks the last few years. We'll see how these KYB shocks are doing in 2-3 years, but so far - very good! Thank You!

Looks good.

While appearing different to the shock absorber fitted to my car the KYB help desk confirmed it is a direct replacement and will work well. Hopefully this is the case as the KYB shock is smaller in diameter.

The product was of poor quality, one of the shocks was rattling while driving, the moment after it was installed. Very disappointed, now I had to buy two new ones to have these replaced. Which has cost me more then double the cost of it in labor cost and the cost for the new ones.

fitted perfectly on 2013 Town and Country. The old struts had rusted away and were on the verge of failing completely. Took me a good 2 hours to do both sides. You may need 2 jacks and an 18mm wrench as well as a 18 mm socket and breaker bar and torque wrench too. Ride was improved for sure after installation.
