UPDATE: Seller responded quickly. Received second package in good condition- now have 2 matching and sturdy cages. Wish they were wider, but still great cages! My dog knows how to open the lock, but I found and easy solution buy changing the latches.Photo has the two cages next to each other.I wrapped the top of them with a walnut wood grain I found on Amazon because I didn’t like the light wood, but wanted a black cage.I ordered this cage for my dog and LOVE it. Sturdy, metal, easy to set up. When I ordered it, I got 2 tracking numbers and 2 boxes came on the same dayI got another puppy. I ordered this crate. I got 1 tracking number, I got 1 box delivered today and half of the crate is missing. I paid almost $80 for shipping and now (IF) they send me the remaining parts, I’ll likely be waiting twice the delivery time due to this. Very upset.I’ll update the review after the seller responds to my message/if the problem is solved. Very disappointed.

I love the look and construction being metal my one dog is a chewer and I thought this would be safe. I really want it to work!!However the screws did not secure the metal bars that separate the kennels and my small dog was able to bend the top of the separator down about 4" and escape.In addition, the holes in the front that holds bars on either side of the the doors do not line up so are not secure.If there is someone in the area that could fix it, I would like that. If not I will need to return it. I don't want to because the other ones I looked at were wood and for a chewer that is not safe.Let me know what my options are.

Overall, it’s a very good crate. All the screws lined up perfectly and I suggest that when you put this together, you leave the screws loose until you’re done with a specific area. Then, properly tighten. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to put this together with just one person. Overall, the quality, thickness and value are very good. I did notice that as I was tightening down the screws, it was causing some of the bars in the cage to slightly bend. Also, the latches on the front door do not easily open and close. They get stuck. If you notice, the grain on the top, it does not match, which is a bit of a disappointment. However, items will be on top of it to cover this up.Also, I wish this would’ve come in a darker grain like walnut. Otherwise, anxious to see what my pets think.

The combination of the cage and cabinet is very well-designed. For larger dogs, removing the middle partition is necessary, but it’s an easy adjustment and provides plenty of space. The whole structure feels solid and durable, and the large surface area on top is practical for additional storage or decoration. It makes great use of space without feeling bulky. Overall, it’s a functional and sturdy piece that fits nicely into any room. Highly recommended for pet owners looking for a smart space-saving solution!

Coming from a 3K sq foot house to a 1500sq foot house it took me 3 weeks trying to find a crate strong enough to hold my bully and malinois a size comfortable size and pretty for the living room and this one did not disappoint. The metal frame with light wood color is slick and clean which worked perfect for our living room. My Malinois is on the small side 55lbs so for her its comfortable however if you have a larger or Xl breed I would not recommend this it is a little narrow and not to tall may not be comfortable for you pup. It did take a little longer than expected to put together however that was on me I had spend 3 days building furniture alone while hubby had to work and was exhausted. Overall my dogs love their beds looks good in our living room and held our 67" tv beautifully.

i use this cage for my inside rabbit, i was sick of using a pen that didn’t look good and got my floors dirty even when i used towels/blankets to cover them. i got this when i moved and love it, she has room but it’s also functional like a table and looks much nicer. all in all worth the money - it’s also built very well.
