I gave it 4 stars because the metal it's built out of could be a little thicker but the build quality and finish does seem pretty good. The box it came in had Barska's brand name on it so that's probably who builds it.The hardware you see in the pic is what comes with it. There are actually 4 concrete anchors although only three are pictured. They are a weird size. You'll need a 9/16 masonry bit or different anchors. I ordered a masonry bit off Amazon as none of the big box stores around here had one. It's a toss up as to whether a bit or four new anchors will cost more. I used the original anchors and they worked fine.A rectangular piece of sheet metal comes with this that has holes that match the bottom of the drop box. You can't really use it as a template because it's smaller then the bottom of the drop box but you can use it to verify the holes are located together properly once they are marked.There aren't really any instructions but everything seems pretty straightforward. I used the sheet metal 'template' as a reinforcement on the bottom. It will lay flat inside.The only thing I added was two more anchors at the top that go through the back into the wall. This is sitting practically right on the street and I felt this made it much more secure.All-in-all, I needed something pretty good sized and I believe this will fit the bill. I can't comment on how weatherproof it is as I just finished installing it tonight.

After watching some low life take our packages off our door step we purchased this unit. Ended up installing both the concrete anchors and screwing it to the side of the house so it's not going anywhere. The unit has worked great so far. Would be nice if the top unit had a small window to see if anything was inside though. I would purchase it again.

The box finish is nice and the quality seems good. It should do the job of keeping your boxes from getting stolen off of your front porch. The function of the middle shelf moving to fit a larger box in the bottom is a good idea. I anchored it into the concrete. It was easy with a hammer drill and concrete bit. The supplied bolt sizes are a little weird, though. The closest wrench/socket that fits the nut is a 17mm. And for drilling 1/2 was too small. I ended up using a 5/8 which was a little too big, but it worked. You probably need a 9/16 concrete bit. Overall, it looks nice and appears that it’ll function as designed.

Seems like a great product so far! I highly recommend you get thinner concrete screws. These required a 1/2” concrete bit, and if your concrete is as old as mine, it was very difficult to get those holes. And you STILL might damage the screws pounding them in.

I thought this drop box was made better than I expected compared to other similar boxes. I receive several packages a month and wanted a secure way for the delivery drivers to drop them off without making a 1/2 mile run to our house every time. We have a stand alone mailbox and use this one at the end of the drive for larger packages. So far, I think this is a very good deal!
