Nice idea, take care of the lawn in a budget and gets some exercise - but these are deadly!! Its very slow going and the spikes get stuck in the lawn way too easily. So,I tripped, fell, twisted my knee. Don’t buy these if you value your health and safety!!

It works well compared to the price. In addition it gives me a chance to excessive. It is like walking with two sand bags on my legs. But, not heavy even to a small Asian old man. After an half hour walking I was sweated very pleasantly. I love it.

Probably will last a season or two. The laces will definetely be the first weak spot. The plastic will be the second. Overall they do what they are supposed to. Had no problems other than getting in them.

Be sure to tie the laces TIGHT. If loose it will be an issue, and can hurt your ankles. I choose these as they seemed a LOT more secure than elastic. Oh have a chair outside to put them on and take them off.

Bought two of these by accident and ended up using them to try to reseed our dead front yard due to crabgrass, I had been killing for over a year. Obviously when I reseeded I began with the first few steps and then I put these bad boys on and off we went. About 2 weeks later we noticed the yard becoming a little more green than yellow, which is good, by week 4 we had grown back our grass on the front yard. Really good for the price.Putting them on can be a bit tricky i put a chair on the dirt and then went on.

I've used these 3 times so far. Honestly I this was my gadget for aerating my yard. I did months of research and found these were what I needed. Upon arrival I was scared I wouldn't be able to fit the shoes or properly walk through the yard due to my small feet. Surprisingly they worked, gave me a leg workout through the yard too! Easy to clean and no rust to date on nails
