I'm a novice and was able to fix this by myself after my mother dropped her laptop. Micro Center and other local shops wanted to charge over $300 to fix a screen for a computer she paid under $200 on, which is really absurd. Doing it myself was the only affordable option.The dimensions are important, so make sure the parts number matches. If anyone is trying to figure out if this will fit their screen, open your Lenovo Vantage app, check Parts Support for the model number and look up the part online that it recommends to see if it matches the dimensions with this. This fit my part number 5D10T05359 for the 15.6 Ideapad 3 15ITL05 with HD touch screen. Research before you buy.As someone that has barely done anything this complicated other than adding memory to a desktop and changing my cell phone battery, it wasn't bad and took maybe an hour and half to take it apart and reassemble. The pry tools, mini screwdriver, and tweezers from my old cell phone repair kit really helped me out, so if you don't have tools, I recommend to get some before starting. Everything works just fine with the new screen, including the touch feature of the screen. I think the Youtube tutorials will make it look more overwhelming than it actually is. Take your time and make sure you're well-grounded so you don't accidentally shock and fry your laptop.

I was able to replace my screen and it works fine, but I am unable to use the touch screen feature. I press the screen and it doesn't respond to anything.
