These work great for bedwetting over reusable diapers. They cover a thick diaper, and the PUL means they are (somewhat) breathable and more comfortable than plastic pants. The elastics fit me well and are comfortable for overnight wear.

Though a bit on the pricy side these adult plastic pants pair perfectly with a cloth or disposable diaper and prevent any leaks from coming out. I tested them multiple times and they are both sturdy and also comfortable. Definitely recommended for anyone that needs something like this.

i am disabled and need this for night. but this product gave me a rash all around my waistline. must be allergic to the material used, or maybe just me being old.

These pants are very comfortable. The elastic is encased in PUL fabric as well so the elastic does not bite into the skin of the legs or waist like bare elastic does, and the PUL around the elastic prevents wicking leaks around the elastic.These PUL pants are much more comfortable than the rubber coated nylon fabric pants I got over 20 years ago.
