Your cart is empty. INSTALLATION METHOD
Prepare the Car Shell:
Drill holes in the car shell where the components will be installed, ensuring proper alignment for a secure fit.
Install the Top Spotlight:
Position the top spotlight on the roof of your Redcat Ascent-18. Secure it using screws through the drilled holes for stability.
Install the Rear Taillight:
Locate the rear window area for the taillight. Secure it with screws through the drilled holes (a wiring hole is needed). Ensure it’s tightly attached.
NOTE: If installing the rear taillight with screws is challenging due to space constraints, a strong adhesive can be used instead. Make sure the adhesive cures completely before using the vehicle.
Connection to the ESC:
Connect the lighting kit to the vehicle’s Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) for power. If space is limited, carefully remove and reposition the ESC forward to create enough room for installation.

Nice lights the grill doesn’t fit very well it’s flat and the body is slightly rounded and the rear lights have no holders

Installed on my wife's Ascent 18. Good looking setup and it fits pretty well. DON'T UNPLUG THE LIGHTS without labeling them. I didn't notice until I went to hook everything back up that there is nothing to differentiate the plugs. This matters because if they aren't plugged in in the correct order the lights don't work properly.As it works after much trial and error the rear light which I mounted in the roll bar they sell separately, is on whenever the truck is on. The channel 3 switch cycles through different modes like headlights or light bar on, or both at the same time. They have a fade in and out mode and the ever popular seizure inducing strobe mode.It would be nice if they came with a template for the lightbar and the grill so you know exactly where to drill.

These lights make your RC highly visible as the lights are bright and work exactly as described in the sales description. Definitely need a separate control channel, in this case channel 3 works. The contrast lighting with the red LED helps identify the direction of the RC as they can be clearly seen even in daylight.
