There was a hole for a light bulb that not required on my 03 4runner so I sealed with JB welded so moisture couldn’t get in. It fit perfectly.

You will need to trim off plastic with a Dremel or utility knife to get the bolt in place. This is a cheap replacement option. IN NO WAY IS THIS A REFLECTOR. It does not reflect light in the slightest, even though it looks exactly like the oem piece. Now you know

This replacement lens was for my 2003 4Runner and it is a perfect replacement replica. Fit and finish is perfect, could not differentiate from an OEM lens. It doesn’t come with the mounting T bolt so if you’re missing the old lens or don’t have the T bolt you’ll have to purchase one.
