Professionally installed by the manufacturer Ranger Tugs. First Lenco advised that they would repair/replace under warranty. Then, I was told to send photos and paperwork. Then I shipped at my expense. Upon receipt, they stated that it could not be repaired. The weakest part is, what they call the plastic "bottom ear". PLASTIC. It snapped in regular use and you have to replace it with a new item. I recommend that you use/buy a product that a) can be repaired or b) does not use plastic for the one part that apparently is most prone to break. DO NOT BUY LENCO if you can avoid it.

Matches my 10+ year old :Lenco lift which wore out. Easy install with just two wires., Came with a plug which I cut off and did crimp connections.
