I received exactly what I ordered which was a Lenovo L13 Yoga Gen 2 in "excellent" condition. It came with the original Lenovo charger as well and based on how well everything was packaged it's clear that this company takes pride in their work. The screen is perfect and the included stylus/pen works well. BIOS is unlocked. HW Monitor (3rd party app) reveals that the battery wear puts its life at 88% and the NVME SSD is at 66% life, both of which I fully expected and am fine with. It came with Win10 Pro. It was a fresh install but I wanted to wipe the drive myself so I went to Lenovo's website, downloaded recovery media (free), formatted the NVME SSD, and reinstalled Win10 Pro without issue. After that Windows 11 installed (free) through Windows update to Win11Pro. Overall I'm very impressed with this laptop and the company selling it which was Sky Electronic Tech Inc. I'll definitely purchase from them in the future.

Es mi segunda compra de Amazon renovado, esperé un par de meses para dar mi opinión y puedo decir que estoy satisfecho.El producto parece nuevo, sin señas de uso, batería que dura mucho tiempo. Touch, botones, lector de huellas, todo funciona bien. El único inconveniente es el teclado, no trae la letra Ñ y Windows viene en inglés, apesar de instalar el idioma en español algunas funciones siguen sin cambiar de idioma. De allí todo excelente.La volvería a comprar sin dudar.

First laptop arrived, wouldn't hold a charge for long, the charger sent was not a Lenovo, and the computer pointed that out. The charger got very hot during charging the battery. Then the screen started flashing. OOO bad sign. All within a couple of days. Went back for replacement. Same battery/charger issue. Went to ebay ordered a Lenovo battery and charger. Sooo much better.

I have tried several different ways to charge this laptop; I followed the troubleshooting instructions provided by the seller, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the devices charging software and switching plugs/outlets. Nothing worked long term, and I can’t even use the laptop as it hasn’t turned on for about a month. Beware before purchasing, this device likely will not last you or function properly for that matter when you receive it. Waste of money.

Laptop was mostly as advertised and passed testing, it arrived quickly and the important parts (keyboard and monitor) are clean. Visible wear/scratches on the top corners and some hair stuck in the exhaust, upon closer inspection the lid has a textured sticker to hide prior damage.
