Defective product. Threader is damaged, rips part of the tire off. My friend brought a part from his Lezyne pump, and it worked, however, he of course needs it. It seems that is not authentic pump sold by Jenson USA. No support from Amazon, or seller so far.

Some reviewers complained about the length of the rubber tube, saying it’s not long enough to go over the top and be docked on the other side. The one I received doesn’t have that issue - I can put the tube over the handle, stretch it slightly, and it docks right in.Others said it has a small adapter that you have to unscrew and flip around to switch between Schrader and Presta. Not true for me — it has a valve with two holes: one for each type. No adapter is required. The product photos show this clearly.Others said you have to screw something onto the bike valve to get it to seal. Not sure what that’s about, but the pump I got requires no such thing. The valve head slips right over the bike valve. You flip the lever and then you can inflate the tire.So far l love this pump. No complaints at all! High quality, easy to use, nice big gauge, no adapters to lose, nothing to screw on, hose tucks away nicely.

I friend got one of these and I had to get one. This is a bike pump made by people who use them. The dial is easy to read, the plunger works well, and the connector can do Presta and Schrader, just have to unscrew it, flip it around, and put it back in.

Not my first Lezyne tool and it won't be my last. There's a review about someone only using the pump twice and it fell apart but I really think that may have just been a bad pump. I love how easy it is to switch between presta and Schrader. At first I didn't like that you have to twist it into the valve in order to pump but I actually prefer that now because you won't pull the pump out on accident and you can always tell when you've tightened it all the way and when there is a secure fit. The only minor annoyance is that at first you tend to untwist the part that flips from presta to Schrader and you have to screw it back to the base. Once you get used to it you just have to hold it from the very top and spin from there to tighten or remove the pump from the valve. It's a bit hard to explain but like I said it's not a complaint as I actually like how easy you can switch it. And having Schrader and presta valve bikes that makes it very easy to alternate. Last but not least, the park tool pump has a few bad reviews so get this one you won't regret it!

Great pump. Works well. But i gave it a 4 stars due to what I think is a minor design flaw. This pump has a long hose, which is helpful. But there is no clip for the hose on the pump. Which is nuts. When you store it, there is this long hose that just flops everywhere and gets in the way or is apt to get damaged. If they added a small metal clip to the pump to hold the hose out of the way, when not in use, it would be great. There is a spot at the base of the pump that holds the hose nozzle-However the hose is not long enough to reach over the handle to be stored in that fashion without putting pressure/pulling on it to do so. The pump arrived with the hose just loosely wrapped around the handle. Lastly, the pump came without any even basic instructions. Meaning my neighbor who also bought the same pump, didn't realize the air nozzle is interchangeable for different kinds of tires. This is a terrific thing (if you know about it) I have a Danish bike and the tires are different. The bike shop wanted $200 to change out the tires to standard US. With this bike pump I can now pump up my Danish bike tires.

I got the Lezyne sport floor pump primarily for my car tires, one of which has a slow leak and needs air every 6-8 weeks. Normally I would balk at paying $55 when other options cost half as much. But I was well familiar with the brand, having owned an excellent frame-mounted Lezyne for my bicycle for several years. Perhaps the chief selling point for the floor pump is its threaded connector which is leak free and prevents valve stem wear-and-tear. You can easily change from Presta to Schrader by unscrewing and reversing the connector. Pumping is effortless, the base is stable, the wood handle is comfortable, and the pressure gauge is easy to read. There's also an air bleed valve you can press a few times before starting to pump, or to reduce tire pressure without detaching the connector. My only quibble is that the hose, while being plenty long, is not quite long enough to fold over the handle and lock in place as shown in the pictures. Other than that I am quite impressed with the design and build quality of this pump. Highly recommended.

Totale Fehlkonstruktion :-(

I did a good amount of research before purchasing this, so I was pretty confident that I was making a good purchase. This pump didn't disappoint.I've never bought a pump that cost more than $20, so this was a big deal for me. The extra $30 really do make a difference. Fills my bike quickly, and it doesn't take a lot of work on the last pumps. I ride a road bike that needs 130psi, which was a hassle in the past with most pumps I owned topping at 140psi. This one goes to 220psi, so I hit 130 without breaking a sweat. And the gauge helps you get there pretty accurately. The only thing that disappointed me a little was the base. I had read that it would have a steel base, which was important to me considering how much force you're driving into the ground when you pump: most of my cheap pumps in the past broke at their base, so the steel base was a big selling point for me. The pump I have seems like it has a plastic base though. Maybe it's reinforced with steel inside, or it's some special composite, but I expected a little more. It still seems really sturdy though. I'm still not sure how I feel about a wood handle either, but I have no complaints there.Overall, great buy for anyone who expects to do a lot of pumping. I get the feeling I'll be able to beat this thing up for 5 years or more. Maybe 10 years if I take care of it. Great pump.
