After have an LG Gram 14" die at 1.5 years, I bought this one in November 2022 because of strong reviews elsewhere, a sale price, and the fact that it had a 10-key that the smaller one lacked. However, I realized after purchase that the 10-key was arranged in a non-standard three column way and therefore not very conducive to speedy use.I experienced frequent crashing as noted by others. Also, the charging cable usb-c end plugging into the computer was weak. The outer covering broke off in less than a year, following quickly by internal wires tearing, and that usb cable (foolishly, I think) is integrated with the power pack. An OEM replacement was something like $50, and I got one, which also was useless within about a year. My "s" key stopped functioning just after the 2-year point. Thankfully, I had a 3-year extended warranty but after mailing the laptop in, I waited a month with no laptop for the warranty company to back order parts and finally tell me the Gram was unrepairable. The audio volume was weak. I did like the thin design.

I've had this computer 1 year and 2 months. It started acting up, freezing, crashing, etc. shortly after I bought it and I almost returned it then. An update was released and that helped for a while, so I kept it. I generally like LG products. The computer is a total disaster at this point. It crashes multiple times a day, freezes, and is very slow. I've run the usual diagnostic and malware checks and there's nothing there. I am not happy about having to buy another computer so soon. I can tell you that it won't be another %^&*(*&^%^ LG!!!

This laptop is awkward. It's heavy. The keys are printed too small to see the symbols without a magnifying glass. The "f" (function key) is placed in an awkward place. But it is fast, and the battery is very long-lasting. It's definitely a keeper (I like it better than the Microsoft Surface it replaced), but I'm still searching for the "perfect" laptop. This one is okay, especially for the price, but not "it."

This product had continuous problems booting up. Many times I needed 10, 20 or 30 attempts before the product would boot up. Nothing explained the problem. In addition, the battery has been completely unable to retain a charge. This product is a gigantic ripoff.

Completely died one month out of warranty. Local repair shop was able to recover some of the data but this is just a paperweight now. Ignore the ratings and Consumer Reports data and go elsewhere.

Have had this laptop for less than a month. The keyboard locked repeatedly. Sometimes I could change settings in Accessibility and it would work if I started it unplugged. The only key that worked was the power button. When the screen went into standby mode the only way to wake it up was to turn it off and restart. .I am returning this laptop and have purchased another brand.

I bought this laptop for work. I found it to be really lightweight for the size, with good battery life, snappy response, nice keyboard, and sensitive touch screen. The computer isn't loaded down with all the junk that comes on an HP, so it just runs faster. I am (was) a fan!Unfortunately I've had three in a row fail within the return window, which outweighs the love I have for this machine. The first was DOA. The second had the screen go black after a couple weeks. The third had black bands across the screen after a few weeks. These machines were mostly just sitting on my desk and totally failed one after another.I had no choice but to change brands. I went with an HP. It is heavier and slower and less fun, but it works.I hope that LG gets their quality game together so I can get a Gram in the future!

Refurnished with no cosmetic damage. Works well as advertised. Powerful and power-efficient for daily use, but it is not designed for graphics intensive work.
