The cord is durable and correct gauge. I ordered the 10 gauge cord and got a notification that it had been delivered. I went to check the door and nothing, not even the picture into my email to show where it was left.I contacted customer support and Shana was very polite and just asked a few questions. The next day I received the replacement cord. The cord is durable and handles my miter, table, and bandsaw with no problem so far.

I needed a short heavy-duty extension cord to plug in an appliance that draws a lot of power. I was concerned about getting one that would handle the load. It's an extension cord --- it works great for my outdoor cord needs and is a good weight and quality of cord! I'm happy I could get such a good cord at a good price and I will update if we have any issues. It is being used to add power to the other side of my yard.
