Kinda weird and yet genius. It's stretchy so no need for taping the ends. It's sorta sticks to itself and can be 'tucked' under itself at the start and finish of the wrap. I am using this for my cordless drill to reduce hand fatigue and vibration -- and it's working perfectly for that purpose. I can see a lot of random use cases for this. I recommend the little nipples pointed down and hold the smooth side to your hand.

This product not only eliminates bow shock in the bow hand but allows the archer to get a better grip. Getting a better grip on the bow is important when shooting as it permits a steady grip on the bow in any weather: cold. rain, high humidity and the like. If you are an archer that likes a lose hold on the bow or someone like me who shoots better when strangeling the bow then this product is worth a try.

Read some of the reviews, when I installed it, I put the “suction cup” side down and I agree this feels better. It’s a little bulky, but if it protects from the cold grip, it will be worth it. Will try next late season. I always wear a pair of thin silent type gloves, still feels sturdy when holding/shooting.

Too bulky and the textured nibs uncomfortable. It does seem to grip the bow well though if carefully installed. I have a custom grip on my Olympic recurve and just needed a nonslip surface. So I kind of expected this might add bulk...it added a lot though...a whole lot. The traditional archers didnt care for it as they 'want the bow to be able to twist to all angles freely in their hand'. I am going to try it though and will update in a month or so if it works out ok. It's not a bad product by any means...provides a grippy but nonsticky surface and cushion, but keep in mind that if you are concerned about that bulk, you will probably be right and less than satisfied. Too me it subtracts from the rating significantly.

This is a great product. I have a Bear Authority and like most Bear bows, the grip is practically non existent. This beef'd up the grip pretty well and gives you a nice purchase on the bow. in additon it cuts down on hand shock. This one isn't very long however. There is another posting by limb-saver that gives you the option of 16 or 24 in as well as other colors for a few more $$. this one seemed to be the 16 in but that was end to end including the skinny parts on the end. Length was good for a bow grip but anything longer might need the next size up. All in all worked great

Put this on my stick vac because the handle is not well curved and is hard for me to hold because it also a bit slippery. I had to use tape to get this to stay on, and have to continue to re-wrap the end of it after using the vac. Will probably just take it off. It also made the handle too thick. I have arthritis in my hands and it is painful to grasp anything that is large like that.

Great product! Very happy with the quality and is better than expected. Great add to my bow for grip and look. My old bows handle was a made of rubber and made it very comfortable to shoot but my new bows grip was wood and i couldn't find a rubber replacement grip so i bought this instead. I really like it, just took a little time to make it look clean.
