My grandchildren are too old for this pillow, but that's okay, since I bought it for me. I needed some back (lumbar) support, and most pillows pushed too far forward. This thin, memory foam pillow is perfect. If it lasts, I'll come back and give it 5 stars. Oh, and I got it on sale, so +++. I probably wouldn't have paid $30 for it, but it's sure worth $14.
