I like this more than I expected. Roomy enough to put a fleece underneath for cold weather, waterproof and a good, tuck away hood. Will use this all year long. Appropriate fit in medium.

Jacket is very attractive and well constructed. It is on the roomy side, which is good for layers, underneath. It seems to be a very good value, for the price, but I have not yet had an opportunity to test it out in stormy weather.

I bought this rain jacket after seeing hundreds of very positive reviews, some especially mentioning that it was very well built and durable. As a rain jacket it is certainly very functional, great water resistance while allowing comfortable movement while wearing it. Looks OK too.In the first couple of days after I got it, though, the stitching on the inside of one of the outside pockets gave way, so that I could no longer use that pocket to keep anything like a key as it would just fall out or into the lining of the jacket. I attempted to repair this with some fabric sealer and adhesive tape. Then a week later the little loop on the collar for hanging up the jacket also gave way - just seemed to fray loose at one point. So now I can't hang it up by that loop and instead have to hang it by the collar or the hood.Certainly these are not "showstopper" problems, and I can still use the jacket despite these flaws, but I am surprised that a product rated for durability would have such poor construction that the seams and stitching give way so quickly. I don't abuse my jackets in any way, other jackets I have owned have been fine after years of normal use. I just hope nothing more serious gives way in the jacket over time, like the seams of the main body of the jacket.

I am 5'10" at 185lbs. I usually wear either medium or large. I have a medium windbreaker jacket I wear all the time with a t-shirt underneath it. I ordered this jacket large thinking I can wear a sweat shirt underneath this one if there is extra room. I have a broad shoulder but don't have guts. This large jacket is plenty large and is true to its size. I can wear it with a thick sweat shirt with even extra room. A lot of reviewers complain their jacket runs small but their sizes are all at least 2XLG. If you have a big belly, the slim fitting nature of the jacket may not fit around the belly by its own design. It does run a bit longer than my other jacket but I can tighten the string at the end to bring it up a touch. It's good for taller people. I could have gotten away with a medium if I only wear t-shirts underneath but large turned out plenty big. If you don't have guts and have a fit body, I believe this jacket will fit true to its size.As for the quality, this is a very nice jacket for the price I paid. It's waterproof and is not thin and flimsy. It has enough layers that feel like a solid jacket and has the look of a nice Columbia jacket. The hood can be tucked into the back side of the collar if you don't live in a rainy area. I leave mine out all the time since I live in the PNW. This was a good buy.

Protege contra el agua muy bien, no he tenido problemas en cuanto la costura, no la llevo puesta como uso diario (generalmente como impermeable), y guarda bastante bien el calor.

I usually take a 2XL, but because Id be wearing this with other layers, I didn't want it to fit tightly so I went up to a 3XL. I had a couple of experiences with other brands of jackets running a bit snug. However as it turns out, this one fits a big baggier than I thought. A 2XL would have fit perfect. The quality is good and it is very waterproof. It does what it supposed to do, well.

Compré la chamarra para ser visible en mis paseos por la ciudad y la verdad que ha funcionado a la maravilla, es estrecha de hombros pero como mi deseo es reducir de peso si o si me la quedé pues no es muy incómoda, pero si estás en tu talla revisa una arriba, el material exterior es de buena calidad, la hechura del forro interior es un poco grande en los brazos y sobresale un poco de la manga y debes ajustarlo, eso lo notas cuando te la pones, es cálida por lo que te la recomiendo para paseos por la mañana cuando hace fresco o cuando llueve. El precio es increíble cuesta un 40% del precio de la marca siguiente en calidad superior.

La verdad adquirí está chamarra por el precio, que lo consideré bastante accesible en comparación con otras marcas, por lo que esperaba un producto relativamente de calidad media, pero fue grata mi sorpresa cuando llegó el producto que en verdad es de primera calidad, los materiales se sientes bastante resistentes así como los cierres y velcros. La talla es justa como lo indican las tablas de referencia, yo elegí chica y me quedo perfecta, mido 170 y peso 75 kg. Lo que si noté es que es algo caliente, me la puse y en pocos minutos sentí calor, pero yo soy una persona que se acalora fácilmente, así que tal vez para la mayoría le resulte agradable.Actualización. La verdad sigo fascinado con está chamarra, la he usado un par de veces para salir en bicicleta con lluvia moderada y repele muy bien el agua, no permite filtración alguna, los puños se ajustan con velcro y se puede ceñir a la cintura gracias a las cintas elásticas con las que cuenta. Sin duda recomiendo este producto ampliamente.

I have several other Little Donkey shirts which are sized perfect if not just a little large. Nice to have some extra to allow layering, so that's a good thing. All are size XL. This jacket has the sleeve and core lengths perfect but the shoulders are tight. I can get in the thing and zip it up, but if I needed to add any layering underneath it would be impossible; the shoulders restrict move my arms forward as it is.Good things:I really like the quality of the material and the quality of the stitching. Everything seems secure and in place.I really like how the hood tucks away under the collar with 3 velcro tabs. Most only have one or they have a zipper which is unneeded weight.It is lightweight with a partial mesh lining which I like as it allows a breathing room for the jacket without making it feel or wear heavy.I like how the jacket provides a light amount of thermal retention. Functions just as a shell should.Really the only thing I don't like about this jacket is the sizing is greatly off from the sizing of the same brand shirts. I would think for an outerwear item the sizing difference would go the other way to allow room for some layering if conditions require.
