While the size and color combination add to the realism of this being a almost natural celery stock. The down side is it's pricey for what you get especially as you normally have more then 1 in any photo shoot.

I bought this as a food demonstration when lecturing on nutrition. It really looks like a stalk of celery. I find that having different types of foods on display while asking questions about the nutritional value of these foods, makes the audience become more engaged when asking questions. They have a very real look to them, except of course the smell. A+ on presentation and cost of product.
