I have a double labret piercing, and can lose the ends to the piercings from daily motion here and there if I forget to tighten them down. It's nice that this pack comes with a variety of sizes, so you can play with some different looks with the hardware. Overall seemed to work fine with my posts

This set of replacement balls fit well on 16 G earrings, tightening up properly and not being easy to fall off. These did seem a bit smaller than 3mm to me, but 3mm is a pretty small sized ball anyway, so it could be the right size. These colors all match well with different earrings of the same colors, and the flat ones especially look nice.
