The craftsmanship of this instrument does not match the price. The saddle screw for the high e string continues to not hold position leaving the guitar to constantly need to be tuned. This piece was obviously machined without a high regard for precision. I reached out to customer service through the website and got an AI generated response and a how to guide essentially telling me how to use an Allen key. When I responded saying that I'm a experienced guitarist with decades under my belt and I understand how to use an allen key I got no response. I've tried to reach out to customer service multiple times for this issue and have not gotten any response. Hopefully this one star review will get the attention that it deserves.

Awesome guitar! Bought for my little sister as a first musical instrument. She loves it, and has not been able to break it. Enjoyable to play for experienced guitarists, also

Although when I ordered the light green “pro” model with built in amplifier, I got the generic with only 1 knob and an amp port. Sending back. This was for my 5 year old. Also ordered the link for my 3 year old. She loves it and won’t put it down. I ordered the straps separately and they are great.

Bought the Loog Pro for my 8yr old for Christmas. We have no experience with guitars so I emailed Loog with a question/problem we were having. They never responded. Customer service is nonexistent. The guitar is fun to play and sounds decent for what it is, but the guitar does not stay in tune. It slips out of tune constantly while you’re playing it which is super annoying. For the price and because of the lack of customer service/support, I’m taking several stars offUPDATE: After this review someone from Loog reached out to me and asked for my order info. I promptly gave it to them the same day (1-24-23) and they finally got back to me today (1-31-23) and told me that since I bought it off Amazon, that I contact them for support. This company isn't interested in standing behind their products or being helpful. It's a shame because it's a good idea and a decent little guitar thats fun to play. Wouldn't recommend buying due to poor customer service

There was a delay in receiving my item, and the seller called directly to explain the options. Worked hard to manage a solution. Would recommend this seller!

The guitar seems okay. I love the idea and the built-in amp seems decent. The frets feel a bit sharp on the sides, but not enough to cut you at least. My son is left-handed so I specifically contacted support about using it left handed and they said "all Loog guitars can be played by lefties: they simply need to flip the order of the strings".They neglected to mention that the bottom string will be cut too short to use in place of the top string, so you'd need to buy extra strings to use it. I complained about that on chat after we got it, hoping they would just send us a spare G string. At first, they were like "What's your order number, we'll send you an extra set of strings." I explained I bought it on Amazon and gave them the order number and they said they could only support ones bought directly from them and that I should contact the Amazon seller. The rest of the conversation went something like this:---Me:But I contacted you specifically to ask how it could be used for a lefty. The response was "all Loog guitars can be played by lefties: they simply need to flip the order of the strings". The Amazon seller did not tell me that.Them:Yes, that is right. It's just a matter of flipping the order of the strings. We don't sell specific left-handed guitars.Me:Yes. But you guys did not say "you will need to buy an extra set of strings because the strings it comes with cannot be flipped because the bottom string will be cut too short to be put in the place of the top string." which is the case. I don't even need an extra set of strings, I just need a G string because the one it came with is unusable the way it came.Them:That's right. Which is why we are offering free strings for order purchased from our store. The suggestion of flipping the order was also for guitars purchased from our store.---What does that even mean "The suggestion of flipping the order was also for guitars purchased from our store."I'm, admittedly, more annoyed than I should be. Just beware, if you don't buy directly from them, they will act like you aren't one of their customers.
