While the netting would be adequate, it was much smaller than I had expected. I don’t consider the cage I have to be very large as it’s only maybe 2 feet wide. This was marked medium, but seem to fit only around one of the small white carrying-type cages. It would be better if it were longer and adjustable this is just an elastic band around the top and bottom part of the net. I ended up sending it back. But if you have a small cage, the quality of the netting is just fine. For me, it was just the diameter of it. Too small.

This seed catcher works so well. It's elastic on both the top and the bottom so it clings well to the cage. The mesh is very fine and you can see through it which I love. It prevents seeds and feathers from falling everywhere between cage cleanings. Be sure to measure around your cage so you can be sure that it fits, it really doesn't stretch past 60 inches.
