When on long road trips, it is nice to have a heads up view of my speed. This works perfectly in my 2013 Porsche Panamera, I have caught myself many times driving way above the speed limit and with this device, it helps make a more cognitive effort to stay safe.

Last brand i bought was inaccurate. This brand was also off by about 2 or 3 mph. Instructions told me an easy way to change a setting and make it accurate. Fixed that setting and the mph is spot on! I also love how I can see my direction of travel. Amazing. Easy to see even in bright sunshine.

The Liiiyuan M11 Heads up Display Windshield Projector helps you keep your eyes on the road. It is nice having another source of speed right in front of you on the windshield. The projector can either use the OBD2 port depending on the year of your vehicle or it can use GPS. The projector is capable of displaying more information if the OBD2 port is used. Also displays the direction of travel. The device auto adjusts the brightness for day and night.In the box you receive: the Head Up Display, USB Cable, OBD Cable, Reflection Film, Non-Slip Pad, and a decent User's Manual. I have not used the Reflection Film as the image is displayed well on my windshield without it. But it may display even better with the reflection film. The User's Manual has very fine print but is pretty clear on providing usage directions.The Head Up Display is capable of displaying many pieces of information when used with OBD. Using the menu the following items can be done or displayed: Speed, RPM Alarm, Over Speed Alarm, Water temperature alarm, Voltage alarm, Fatigue driving alarm, Brightness adjustment, Speed unit, Temperature unit, Shutdown voltage, Shutdown time, and Reset.One thing I noticed with the display if your glasses have polarizing, the display on the windshield cannot be seen. The provided Reflection Film may help to prevent this from happening.Overall this is a pretty cool driving device. Makes it easier to keep track of your speed.At the time of this review the Liiiyuan M11 Heads up Display Windshield Projector was selling for $31.99 and had a 8% Coupon making the total cost $29.43.

What I like:It's a clever need well executed. The idea of a HUD is appealing, keeping eyes on the road. When I use my cellphone for navigation it blocks the speedo, now i see it on windshield. Speed, direction, and tachometer all work.The device comes with 3 really thoughtful additions. 1) A sticky but not fixed adhesive. It's like a kids 'stickyhand' toy, but a bit tougher. Makes it easy to stay sticked without being forever stuck. 2) a 2-way mirror to attach to shield to increase reflective effect. Mixed feelings if I use this, need more day and night driving to decide, it works pretty well on windshield. 3) flat osb cord makes it easy to conceal.What I dislike?There is a noticeable lag in speed and tachometer from actual. Fine for highway cruising, but don't depend on it for parking lots, where speed changes within a 2-3 second you need to care about.
