Pour faire un ragoût d’haricots.J’ai commandé cette cocotte minute afin de faire mes plats. Le problème est qu’elle n’est pas du tout de bonne qualité les aliments reste dure même avec un très long moment de cuisson. ( 3 h) Je l’ai immédiatement laver ranger et mis dans un coin en espérant de pouvoir la retourner et d’en commander une autre sur Amazon. (Elle ne cuit pas bien les aliments)

We wanted a VERY large pressure cooker to produce commercial quantities of stews, stocks etc - and be warned this one is HUGE!Perfect for our purposes, it really makes such a difference - real quality product at a great price, but do look at the size, it would be much too big for a normal domestic kitchen. (See picture for scale......!)Only complaint is that there were no English instructions included, (only in Spanish), we did, (eventually), manage to download them, but an item sold in the UK really ought to have English documents please!
