La calidad de las ollas son excelentes, lo que no me gustó fue que no me trajo la parrilla para cocinar al vapor, allí en la foto sale y no me vino y la tapa de vidrio muy débil

The package arrived in terrible condition— the original box that was inside another old carton box completely torn, and the black handle is broken! Extremely disappointing purchase. Had to return unfortunately!

I have to say, that making beans that taste like plastic is just simple unacceptable. The quality of the pans are great, I love the small pan, the lid..... But, one single part literally destroys all the good... Please let's go back to the old fashioned seal, use better materials. This piece of plastic, silicon or whatever it is , it's probably harmful for our health.

Arrived with the locking handle cracked. Processing return/replacement, will update with info from seller if they respond.Other than the defect the set seems to be of good quality.Update:Changed from one star to five stars!Seller contacted me and offered to either replace the set or offer a large refund amount to compensate for the inconvenience.Best seller I have encountered in a long time.BTWApplied epoxy (looks like hell now) to the cracked handle and started using the pressure cooker. Very impressed with the quality and how easy to use and clean the set is. VERY GOOD PRESSURE COOKER2nd Update:After using the pressure cooker for about 10 times the epoxy failed and the handle needs to be replaced. The refund the seller applied to my account will more than cover the cost of the replacement handle. Still very happy with the pressure cooker and the seller.

I bought a cheaper preassure cooker not long ago and it fall apart. This one is great. Cook fast, easy to use, and is very safe. I would definitely recommend!

I loved the fact that I can make a quick meal for two in the smaller pan and a batch of soup or stew for a crowd in the large one.Update - after happily using the pressure cooker for almost 3 years, I now get a very strong plastic smell when it's coming up to pressure and while it's cooking. If this means I need a new gasket, where do I find one? I've searched the Magefesa site but can't find one. Maybe a new lid? I use both sizes of the pan frequently, and I'd hate to have to replace them with a different brand that's easy to find parts for.
