Your cart is empty.Our polyaspartic product creates a durable, seamless finish for flooring in residential, commercial or industrial spaces. Formulated to provide maximum protection, it cures quickly, it is highly resistant to abrasion, chemicals, UV light and impacts. This Aliphatic Polyaspartic Polyurea product is perfect to be used on top of our floor epoxy resin products with or without flakes. This Polyaspartic formula applies easily with a roller or squeegee and dries within hours (4-6hours for foot traffic and 3 days for a full cure) to a uniform, high-gloss sheen. Its low VOC content meets environmental standards while ensuring a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. Use it to beautify and protect concrete, stained concrete, exposed aggregate, terrazzo or other interior flooring such as home garages from wear and spills. This 2 gallon kit of polyaspartic will cover approximately 250-400 square feet (approx. 400 sq.ft. over primer or 260-400 sq.ft. over vinly flakes), offering long-lasting protection for high-traffic areas in homes, offices, warehouses and more. Renovating my garage myself and used it as top coat over epoxy and flakes also from Magic Resin and the finish is perfect :) To ensure a perfect bond of everything, I did a good job of surface grinder everywhere and double checked that no oily spot was left on freshly resurfaced concrete. Attached pictures from old dirty floor to freshly surfaced floor and then to finished floor. The customer service of Magic Resin is also top notch, contacted them because I made a mistake in my color choice of epoxy in another order and everything was so smooth.

It arrived quick and well packed. Instruction was easy to follow. Application ran smoothly and I was expecting for a smelly garage for at least one day but not smelly. Finished product exceeds my expectation. All in all excellent quality product.

Overall the product is great and dries fast. Their coverage estimates are wrong as I was able to use 1 kit for my 600 ft flaked garage. Now I'm stuck with an extra kit and it's non returnable. Just a small foot note on the ordering info that is easily overlooked.

This is the best finish you can put on an epoxy floor. The clear polyaspartic is super easy to mix and apply, just follow the directions! Polyaspartic has a much shorter working time than regular floor epoxy so make sure you have everything ready before you start. It also has a stronger odor, but it dissipated after about a day. This product was very DIY friendly and I'm incredibly pleased with the result!

Bought this for an extra coat over top over armorpoxy top coat. Seem to cover about the same, maybe a little better. It does dry hard and fast, but not quite as fast as armorpoxy. The packaging could be improved, cans was slightly dented on the bottom.

The company reached out to me to check on how the polyaspartic product was working for my application and address any questions around prep and application. Pretty hard to find good customer service these days but Magic Resin is doing just that along with great product at a moderate price while providing good packaging without any leaks. I’ve ordered from many other suppliers and things usually come with leaks and broken seals.
