This was easy to install. I lost the keys to my mailbox and had to remove the lock, and this was a perfect replacement. Came with 2 sets of keys, and a bunch of extra sizes of latches. Very happy with this!

We needed to replace our mailbox lock because of vandals. Our old mailbox lock was badly deformed since someone or a group of people kept pulling at our mailbox door until the hinge bent inside.The lock is slightly different than the one we originally had but it's all the better for it. There is a nut that threads through to hold the lock in position inside the mailbox. The previous one was attached so we couldn't just replace the hinge.Now we just need to reinforce the metal sheet that "hooks" onto the hinge here so those rascals won't keep pulling it out...
