Made nicely, not just thrown together. Nice smooth matt black finish to hide nicely along the rail. Would look nice on any boat, entry level to old sea dog with money :)

When in the up position, there isn't the clearance for a standard 3/8" dock line. Not returning. Just going to purchase larger cleats.
