This stuff works great for small voids. Mixes easy if you want to make it go further and not use the included mixer applicator. You can also color your fill too if you mix it yourself. Sets up fast and usually cures overnight.

Seems to adhere well. Picked for the full sun column, hope it works

I searched online to find VOC ratings & etc. and only discovered after I opened the packaging and read the label, that it is so toxic to handle and use, toxic fumes, toxic to marine life. I am just going to throw it away b/c it is past the return date but I never would have bought it if that information were provided upfront.

I thought I was FILLING the cracks in a wooden beam, but when I came back later, the epoxy had soaked into the wood, leaving just a coating inside the crack. Next time (if any), I might try a medium viscosity epoxy (if any is available).Another problem is the amount in the tube. The tube piston stops after it is compressed about half way. I guess the mechanism for dispensing the 2:1 ratio is contained in the upper half of the tube. I also guess I overlooked the stated 185 ml capacity of the tube, thinking it had the same amount of epoxy as a similar sized tube of regular caulking. Very expensive for the amount you get.

Pros: No other product quite like it. With some painters tape could control and fill broken out top wood of grove side of old parquet tong and grove. So far product has held better than any wood puddy I have ever used for a crack where expansion and contraction is expected. Being an epoxy with wood flour I expect it to last.Cons: One needs to work quickly as it sets up extremely quickly in the nozzle and I believe also in the tube body as well. I used a caulk gun with 18:1 thrust ratio and this was only adequate to extrude about 1/2 of the product tube. For one application area I could then remove the mixing nozzle and hand mix for a larger fill area but the product was already more course as with other epoxy handling. In all I used 5 tubes and only got to apply about 1/2 of the product from each which will impact the project cost.In the photographs one can see the thin application areas as brown grey and grey. The more grey look is where the product has been sanded. I have not applied any finish as of yet and I expect polyurethane to yellow it a bit and make it blend better. The pictures actually tend to make the color match worse than my eye tends to perceive it, which is partly I have not yet touched the finish yet. I should have included before pictures as the broken wood was much worse to look at than the filled sections. The product cannot be shipped back but it does ship fairly quickly.

I needed something to repair some thin cracks that showed up in a 30 inch deep Sonotube holding cemented 4x4s to strengthen 13 foot stairs leading up to my deck that seemed springy. I used high compression cement but it was a hot day and it cracked on the 4x4 corners. I don't know how deep the cracks where. This epoxy was very watery and flowed easily into the cracks. It just kept filling it in so I knew it was going deep and where needed. I kept filling the crack until the epoxy surfaced. When it hardened I painted all. We use the stairs every day and no additional cracking has occurred. Great product!

The epoxy delivery system is easy to assemble and apply, and the product appears to be effective. The "reseal" plug, however, is as useless as a thumb tack -- mine just fell right off even with the screw-on "holder" in place, and the multi-contoured design of the plug and holder assembly prevents any use of the old "tack and sticky tape" method I use to bung up smooth surfaced textured sealant tubes. That means yet another $30 dollar product of which $2.00 gets used and the other $28.00 dollars of hardened material eventually gets jettisoned into the trash unless I can magic a slew of other mending projects out of thin air in the immediate future. Added to that, the unit only includes two of the B epoxy tubes with no apparent way to seal or preserve them, meaning only two viable sessions of mending even if you can keep the main A epoxy tube airtight. So sorry, but I will not be laying out 30 bucks for this product again until the manufacturer develops an airtight reseal system that actually preserves the content's integrity.
