Unexpectedly robust for its price and size, especially able to run off multiple voltages. I've used it on job sites for touch ups occasionally, and twice for larger projects. The one complaint, and it is a big complaint, is the actually voltage seems inconsistent, making for some trouble penetrating properly in some cases.

Ordered this welder tried it to make sure it worked, used it once and then went to use it again and it does not work anymore. Turns on but will not make an arc

I liked mine and enjoyed using it welding custom bike frames and trailer frames. My positive cable fried about 5 inches so I cut it off and reattached the end and it works great still. Come on it's $60 worth of welder what do you expect from it?If you're welding tanks or planes or skyscrapers pass on this but if you are just using it on light material it works awesome and instead of using the 6013 use the next grade up 7018? I'm stoned I forgot we use the seven stuff because it flows and is easier to work with. If you got 60 bucks burning a hole in your pocket this is where you want to spend it. Came fast worth the value like it a lot!

This welder is very good for the size. It appears to can do everything a large pro welder does. I find not one fault with it. I welded exhaust pipe, Thick metal. Perfect for your do it yourselfer.
