Still have not had a response. Bought this cue stick and the shaft is not straight. Don’t not use this company they do not stand by materials sold.

McDermott's imported Lucky cues are a real bargain because they are well made. The case it came with, however, is junk. There is no separator to prevent the two sections of the cue rattling against each other, and the nice cord wrap on the handle becomes damaged over time. It's a terrible design. C'mon, McDermott! Don't cheapen your name with this monkey business.

I like the smooth shaft, the weight and balance of the cue. The wrap will last, but not for ever.
