I’ve been using mine regularly for over 5 years now. Overall the plastic housing is of good lasting quality, but the sand paper is of very poor quality and wears out quickly.

Doesn’t appear to be quite as sturdy as my (very old - say 1970) metal version of this same sanding wheel, but it seems to work just fine. If you’ve got irregular surfaces to sand ... say you’re refinishing an old baby crib with a lot of intricate turned spindles, this thing is a lifesaver ... or at least a major timesaver! Nothing that I’ve been able to find in 60 years of woodworking works as well. We’ll see whether the plastic one lasts me another 50 years!

The product is exactly as described and what I needed. However, the seller MobAsh is not recommended. I'm giving the seller MobAsh 2 stars, shipping was done timely but when the package arrived in the mail I had to pay additional postage even though I paid shipping during the original transaction. MobAsh did not put sufficient postage on the package for its weight. I contacted them about it, explaining the need for additional postage in order for my package to be handed over to me and they responded back that I shouldn't have had to pay postage since I already had, no offer to refund additional postage. They need to check their scale or declare there may be additional postage when packages adrive. Because of the additional postage, I could have purchased cheaper elsewhere.

I bought one of these based on a user on YouTube. I use mine to sand the inside lip of wood bowls on my lathe. It's been very hard to get smooth cuts in cross grain in some of the wood I use. This thing sands it smooth with little difficulty. Need to be careful not to sand too much in one area or you will leave a divot. I haven't changed the paper yet and expect that process to be frustrating just based on the poorly written user instructions. I have the 80 grit paper and my get another with 120 grit.

If you are a woodworker, this tool is for you. I use it to sand any odd profile. It is Soooo much faster than hand sanding, and does a way better job. I use it ALL the time. Fast and convenient, can be used pre or post finishing. I use it on a cordless drill at high speed. Very durable...and the sandpaper lasts a long time. I recommend getting the 80 grit if you want something softer. After a little use, it will turn into 120 grit. I have owned it for over a year and have not used even half of the internal sandpaper.Buy it....you know you want to. You wont regret it.
