Works well but the scooper loosens itself easily from the handle. I find myself tightening it often. Also the slats are somewhat too wide - smaller poop chunks fall right through easily, necessitating a second smaller scooper for a clean coop.

This works well to scoop the poop out of my coop. I like how it can be used at different lengths and angles depending on what you need. The only issue I have is that the scooper loosens up and needs to be retightened too often. It's a minor inconvenience though and it still works well.

Scoop would be fine for cat litter boxBut its marketing points more to ag users which is a little deceptive

I use this scoop to sift out our chicken run and coop. It nice and sturdy.

This scooper works great in our chicken coop. We have one area where we have sand under the perches. This works just like a litter box scoop. I do wish the scoop was a bit larger, but then again, with the size it’s easy to get into the corners to scoop. In another section of the coop we use pine shavings. While it doesn’t scoop the poop, it does easily allow us to move, spread, or remove the pine shavings. Great tool for our coop.

I don’t have chickens or a coupe but ordered this scoop for picking up after my dogs. Does a great job. You can adjust the angle of the scoop to meet your needs. Comes with a little wrench to loosen and tighten the bolt to adjust. Although this is metal it light. The poles connect securely. This scooper is so vertical, you can use for a lot more than picking up after chickens.

We have both chickens and goats. The shovel does not help with cleaning the chicken coops as the bedding I use is not fine. It does, however, help me to reach into the coops and pull out the old bedding. What I found really helpful was using it to clean our stalls of goat waste. The stalls have dirt floors so the dirt falls through the holes and the goat waste is left. It will enable us to use the relatively clean waste as fertilizer. Overall, this is a great product. The shovel is very lightweight and easy to use. A definite 5 stars from me!
