These work very well they stick really nice bottom of your foot. they also come off so you can move it around a few times. I put them on my shoe insert and it works great.

Good cushioning, but not the answer for my particular problem. Can be left in place for days at a time. Need to remove only after bathing/showering, because the wool padding, of course, gets saturated (& would wet bedding, shoes, etc.).Using with Birkenstock sandals, & they fit OK. Probably can't re-use; haven't tried.

My foot was hurting and felt like I was walking on a rock. A friend recently had that problem and a podiatrist made an orthotic for her shoes. I took a simpler path and ordered these felt pads. They adhere well and totally stopped the pain. I have taken then off/ put back on/ three times to shower and they still adhere. The wool of soft and comfortable and holds its shape. Wonderful product!
