I purchased these to install on a 2008 Honda Element EX. The installation was not difficult and they were a perfect fit. At this point, these appear to be a great value for the money, as the build quality feels good but with a product like this that takes a beating from a variety of different road conditions, only the test of time will truly tell how good this product actually is.

Solid construction. Looks to be an exact match of the OEM models. Bushings are thick and seem like they'll stand up to a decent amount of wear. Ball joint ends are keyed with a hex head for easier future removal (No trying to grab the spindle with vice grips and trying to get the castle nut loose).

These worked just fine on my 2003 Honda Element. I had greaseable ends on there but had constant issues with the fittings. The Metrix ends are sealed which is what I prefer. I've used Metrix tie rod ends on my 04 Pilot as well and have nothing but positive experiences from the brand.

My son installed the Metrix Premium Chassis Front Outer Tie Rod End Kit on his Honda Element, and they work exactly as they’re supposed to. While I’m still learning about the internal workings of a car, he explaining how worn-out tie rods can lead to loose steering and uneven tire wear. Once these were installed, he immediately noticed the steering felt tighter, more responsive, and overall safer, which was really important to him since he just got new tires. (Now I wonder if my tie rods need replaced..) There was no complaining or associated grumpy demeanor when he emerged from the garage while taking short hydration breaks so I assume the installation process was strait-forward. The quality of these parts seems top-notch, or he would not have installed them. I felt confident in my selection, because they are made in Europe which I associate with quality manufacturing, durability and overall superior products. If you’re tackling a tie rod replacement, this kit is definitely worth considering. It’s made a noticeable difference, and we’re both happy with the results.
