These are not smooth running. If you place any load on them and slide them around, you can feel how rough they are. Not recommended for 3D printers.

Can't feel any play in these blocks and they slide very smoothly with a little bit of grease. The rail blocks just barely start falling under their own weight on the rail which is good as I wanted them to be lightly preloaded.

These linear rails are performing PERFECTLY on my custom build printer! They do require some cleaning and lubricating in order to remove the protective assembly grease that is used by the manufacturer. Once that is done, these are smooth as butter! A GREAT product for the money. Product was 100% true and perfect when I received it, which is more than some can say.
