Great bowl for preparing ramen. I don't use a microwave to cook ramen, but I love this bowl because I can put my ramen in the bowl, add boiling water, and cover it with the included cover, and within 15 minutes, I have perfectly cooked, hot ramen noodles. I should have purchased one of these sooner. I really love that the interior of the bowl is stainless steel. I am 100% happy with this bowl, as well as the seller. I mistakenly left seller feedback for this seller when I thought I was leaving feedback for a CD that I purchased that was also delivered this week. I removed the seller feedback when I realized I had left the feedback on the wrong item, but it is still showing on this item for some reason. Hopefully, Amazon will clear the feedback and I can leave feedback again correctly.

I like the size and sturdiness. As far as microwaveable I cannot give it 5 stars. It takes much longer to heat liquid inside the bowl. My last attempt, I decided to just set the timer for 10 minutes for a can of soup, whereas it usually takes about 2 to 3 minutes in a plastic bowl. After 10 minutes, the soup was warm enough, the metal was too hot to touch (don’t even think about drinking out of the bowl….lips will be scalded). The microwave got so hot, it stopped working. I thought it was busted, but it just had to cool down. The glass plate inside the microwave was so hot, I couldn’t even touch it with oven mitts. And to top it all off, the plastic on the bottom of the soup bowl melted. The bowl is still functional, but no longer sturdy when placed on a flat surface. I don’t want to be reminded of this stupid incident so I threw it away. If you want a solid soup bowl, this is good. If you want to microwave your soup, use something else.

Great size, lid fits really well, the lids hole is a small vent/strainer. I love this for multipurpose when camping, won't need a bunch of different plates, bowls or food storage, it's all in one, just what I was looking for.

This is made very well. However if you are going to microwave things know that it takes extra long. I just use it to pour my hot soups in after I have cooked them. Easy to hang on too, cool to the touch, nice and deep to prevent spills.

Pretty good for heating store-bought ramen and other types of quick noodles.Convenient to have in the office. I tend to add dehydrated veggies with the noodles to hydrate them.
