2 In 1 Mini Chamfering Machine Usage and Maintenance Tips

1. Before using the new machine, please inject pneumatic tool oil and inject about 4C.C into the air inlet. After continuous use for about 3 hours, about 4C.C is also injected into the air inlet.

2. After injecting pneumatic tool oil, let the machine idling for about ten seconds (do not operate), and let the internal parts of the grinder be lubricated as a whole before proceeding.

3. The maximum processing C Angle of this chamfering machine is C0.1-2 (The best effect is C1, C1 to C2 is best to be chamfered in two times, so the effect is better.)

4. Angle R is the arc Angle of R1.5.

5. Adjusting the scale wheel can adjust the size of the bevel of the cut, but not the angle.

6. The chamfer size can be adjusted at will: Loosen the 2 screws of the black gear plate with a thinner Allen key, twist the black gear plate left and right, adjust the chamfer size, and fix the 2 screws back to the original position.

Cant beat the 13 dollar price tag for what it is. It did what I needed it to do.

I have 2 of these now but this is the first one. This one set to do about 1/2 of the cut depth and the other to finish. I have a lot of pneumatic tools and while most will tolerate a few drops of oil a week these need oiled every half hour or so that little motor is working hard. This one has done at least 1200 lineal feet.
