The motor lasted all of 15 mins being hooked up to my 12v power converter before the plastic fan inside broke and destroyed the windings and comutor. Save your time and just throw 30$ in the trash. The only reason it got 2 stars is cause the chuck that came with it is ok the rest is trashed..

It’s the perfect size I need it for. Run really fast at top speed. Has enough power to not bog down when sanding small items. Does vibrate shiver when dialing up to speed but stops doing it once you’ve hit your ideal speed.Never gets hot thanks to a large internal fan and I’ve use it a lot. I might get a backup because I run it at to speed but it seems to be holding up so far.I would recommend it.

Note that the video for this product shows the input voltage coming from an AC source. However, the product description specified a DC only input voltage.
