This is made by Minn Kota and replaces easily. Just remember to back the tension screw off on your foot pedal and mark the white gear so everything is in the same location after install

My directional indicator stopped working on my Minn Kota Edge. The shaft that holds the gear broke. This was a direct replacement. Easy to install, just removes a few screws and swap it out. You will have to cut the heat shrink over the motor connectors in the head because you will have to remove the wires to get the housing off. Just make sure you have heat shrink to replace the old that you cut.

For some reason the bottom housing of my trolling motor cracked while I was fishing. My Minn Kota never stopped working. Ordered the bottoms housing and the fit was perfect. The trolling motor looks brand new. Great delivery and quick response.
