As another reviewer pointed out, these bulbs have about a 1 year life. I'm now on my third bulb. The light is on a timer for 10 hours per day.With that said, it is a very good grow light. My orchids and other plants love the spectrum this bulb emits, and have flourished. I could probably buy a better (i.e. long life) bulb, but at roughly $1 per month for this one, I'll probably keep buying it since I know it does the job.

Using the grow light bulb to keep my rubber tree plant growing through the winter. We will see how well it works in time.

plants love these bulbs. I use these for all my indoor plants.The pics don't reflect how pretty the plants are.

Which is unacceptable for a LED. I worked it 8 hours a day, 7 days a week. I have it and a white daylight bulb in the same floor lamp shining on a Majesty Palm tree. The white daylight bulb is still (at this time) working.Pricey for a short term LED bulb. I would not recommend.
