The product works and is a good quality build. Should get 5 stars, but I was under the impression that this unit had a 3-function diverter, but it actually only had 2. I don't know if that is a misprint or a different product, but I did not find out until it was too late to return it. I ended up having to cut out the other function that we had planned, but it all worked out in the end.

I had this installed with a Moen trim kit and couldn’t be more pleased that my difficulty in getting hot water issue has been fixed. Not only that but all my taps in the house now access hot water easier and hotter. I was very happy.

Cartridge inside valve was defective upon arrival. Contacted Moen directly and they send me replacement part for free same day. Set me back a week but will buy again because company stands behind their products unlike many other cheap competitors.

This is the second Moen valve that I have purchased for my house and I really love them. I gave this one 3 stars because the cartridge leaked right out of the box. The leak was very small, maybe a single droplet every few minutes. I had to spend another $60 at Home Depot to replace the cartridge. I would have asked Moen for a replacement, but I didn’t have time to wait for one in the mail. Once again, I love Moen products, but but spending $250 on a valve is a bit steep.

I love the quality feel of this valve. It installs easily. I use the diverter valve to switch between the tub and shower. a little different than most. Great valve though!
