Most shower controls don't allow you to regulate both the temperature and water pressure with one lever but this model does, I love it! A shut off valve is behind the cover plate for maintenance.

Moen M-CORE need correct cartridge, which is impossible to figure out. SO many useless options, my plumber had to come four times to try with all the options. Needlessly complicated, I will never use Moen again

Installs easily.. i soldered in no problem. the Stop Valves/clips are Awesome.. this should be the only option out there, all valves should have a local stop for hot/cold water - for ease of maintenance !! Ensure your take out the stops and the rubber seals and flush caps before soldering !

Purchased U140CIS VALVE. THE NEWEST SERIES MCORE 3. Need handle extension kit part # 200755 to complete installation. Not available anywhere! Pretty poor corporate ethics to sell products with no support. I should have listened to friends and bought DELTA products. A mistake I wont make again. MOEN……A garbage product from a garbage company. If you want to waste your time then MOEN is 4 U.

This product leaked and I had to return it. I bought another Moen u140 replacement without stoppers and it also leaked. Both products looked like they had been pre-opened and returned. I have nothing against the parts but would caution buying from this source.

Everything went wrong with this valve. The stops don't work. The water doesn't shut off. I called Moen and had another one delivered and that one was missing the cartridge. Extremely disappointed. I will never buy Moen again. I wish Moen would pay for having a plumber come out three times.
