Excellent pre-wired speaker cable jack for my isolation guitar speaker cabinet build. Comes with the cover plate (some people complained in their reviews that they didn't get a cover, but I did!) and the second wire if you're doing a 2x12 speaker cabinet. This item was a bit pricey, but it had everything I needed and it was so easy to install the speaker jack, cover and hook up to my speaker. I will buy again when I make another isolation box for sure.

Excellent for an all in one package. I have seen others that appear to be a better option for greater contact, but this was perfect for containing the terminated wires, the jack, and the jack plate in one package. Very happy.

Had purchased one and it worked well, so bought two more to convert a 2x12 to have 2 independent connections. These two didn't have a solid, tight connection at the speaker. Had to fuss with all 4 connectors to get a snug fit.

I needed to replace the soldered wiring on a VHT 112 open back guitar cab, my cat had chewed through the wire a couple years ago.This was very easy to put on, and slid right into the speaker. I have very little experience tinkering with and guitars and especially amps, and this was very easy to install. No soldering needed whatsoever. Very happy with buying this.It’s also good to know what I need in case it happens again haha!

The item description includes a circular metallic black color jack plate, to fit the jack. But my package arrived without the plate. The jack nut is too short, so i cant fit it directly on the cabinet without the plate.

Was happy to receive wires with jack already soldered. Be sure you know which wire is which. Usually the black wire is negative and red wire is positive...usually. It was reversed on mine and the black was was on the positive terminal. Otherwise I'm very happy with it.
