I bought this at roughly 14 weeks pregnant when a regular pillow no longer cut it. Regular maternity pillows make me feel trapped and I don’t like not using my own head pillow or having my arm under the pillow. This is great as it’s very stiff so it keeps me in place with the long part against my back. Now that I’m 28 weeks, I’ve traded out the wedge for a body pillow as I’m having some rib pain and need longer support but this pillow still feels practically brand new and none of it has lost its shape. I still use the longer portion behind me because it keeps me from rolling onto my back and provides a lot of support. The wedge is easily adjustable to my growing body and the “u” fits well between my legs. However, I’ve never been able to get comfortable with the long part in front of me. It doesn’t fit under my belly because of how thick and firm it is. Overall, this has been an excellent purchase.

I have a love/hate relationship with this thing. I don’t think I could have lasted pregnancy without it but it makes it real difficult to get out of bed in the third trimester. I used it with the arch pillow for most of the pregnancy and it fit well, good adjustments and helped a ton with sleep/hip pain. I now don’t use the arch support pillow so I can roll over easier in the third trimester. The downside is it needs aggressive fluffing every so often because it flattens over time and the fabric pills, leaving an unpleasant texture. The solutions to this was to use my de-piller that I use for my sweaters and it goes right back to smooth and having my husband aggressively fluff it for me. I’ve only had to do that 2-3 times throughout the 6 months of owning this. Definitely worth it especially if you don’t want to be suffocated by those fully surrounded pillows and want to use your own pillow. Holds up well and the cover washes well.

The fluf and density of the pillow is great but the fabric is so scratchy. It becomes pilled and scratchy with use. I've used it for about three weeks and it helps some but the side pillow doesn't do anything and it just gets tangled. I returned to get an all around me pillow with a softer material that touches my skin.

I have tried three types of pregnancy pillows: the full u shaped, this, and the double wedge baby bub pillow. After 8 weeks of use, this is a clear winner that offers the best mix of stability and versatility. I loved the baby bub shape and adjustability for first trimester, but it didn’t have the back support needed further on. Enter this pillow, which has the perfect shape mix! The adjustable wedge side is easy to maneuver and the longer side is squishy enough up position but firm enough for good back support. The J part tucks nicely between your knees to relieve some pressure. The temperature is better than other body pillows I’ve tried, but could be a bit more cooling of a fabric (but it has been just fine on several hot summer nights now). My only negative is the cover seems like it’s getting little pills already likely from my body heat and constant adjusting - but very minor drawback and I’d still buy again as-is.

I felt so snug & supported on my back and belly! It brought so much relief on my belly/back, I chose the Air Fabric to make sure I don’t sweat much. Howeveerrrr….My ONLY SUGGESTION (for the company) is to… make the leg portion WIDER.I found myself in hip pain again (which only happens when I don’t use a pillow between my legs) because there were portions where either my knees were touching one another or my thighs were (meaning it wasn’t symmetrical & came at a vertical bent). I had to use another pillow to ensure that my legs were symmetrical to a point, as I sleep on my left side.Mind you, I’m not too big of a lady (some people would say I’m tiny)- but being preggers comes with swollen than normal legs lol so it was kind of a shame that I couldn’t really get my legs in a comfortable position with the curved portion of the pillow. I only shared my size comparison so that others looking in don’t assume, “oh it’s not working for you cause maybe you’re too big” nope! But I can only imagine if I WAS any bigger- that this product would truly do nothing for me…to alleviate hip pain from sleeping on the left side all the time! So all in all- I think the company & their customers of all sizes can benefit with a wider & firmer curved portion of the pillow 100%!Making sure the legs are elevated with a pillow in between while sleeping on the side are one of the keys to prevent hip/spine distortions which can alleviate pelvic pain in the morning.I thought the softness was okay overall though.And because my belly is supported & preventing me from rolling to my back, I would still say this is a good buy. I don’t think there are any pregnancy pillows on the market with a wider curved portion anyways so it would be cool to see momcozy be the first ✨

LOVE this pregnancy pillow! I had the Boppy last pregnancy and it helped some but wasn’t the best. This pregnancy, I first tried the pharmedoc with the cooling cover and it was awful — lumpy and wouldn’t stay in place, so I returned it. I wish I got this Momcozy one to begin with. The fabric is cooling but it doesn’t slip around at all. It’s not lumpy and is just firm enough to give adequate support. I can flip from one side of my body to the other without having to really move the pregnancy pillow. I like that I can comfortably use my own head pillows with it too. It’s not a cure-all for pregnancy insomnia but it sure does help! It’s like being cuddled all night but without the extra body warmth.

The pillow is soft and made well. I just wish it was more adjustable because it doesn’t prevent me from rolling on my back.

I use this every time I sleep. I’m in my second pregnancy and it has been a godsend. I started to show within a month of being pregnant and this definitely is so supportive. It’s soft, easy to wash. Zippers and Velcro the move the little pillow for tummy support are of great quality. The fabric keeps you cool. Best investment to my pregnancy and sleep value.
