This controller is a hit in my house. The lightning pattern glows when in use (or plugged in to charge) in a rainbow pattern, one color at a time with a slow transition between each. It functions just like the authentic ones (better for now since most of our OEM controllers are a bit older and are well loved) thus far. We'll continue testing to ensure the battery has a good life (not in how long it lasts...it lasts a long time right now...but to see if it degrades quickly), but so far, we're very happy with it.

The controller was great. When I use it on Fortnite and Minecraft it has no drift but it does make a lot of noise I would not recommend to buy it if you want to play quietly

I ordered this mone controller for my household as we are always needing replacements, it seems. My son has been using it, and he says that this is a fairly good third-party controller that works with PS4, PS3, and PC. In his opinion, the direction pad is definitely better than the original design. All the buttons feel nice; however, the plastic feels a bit cheap. There are some rough edges, and the paint on the lightning bolts in certain places is flaking. It makes a great replacement for the older PS3 console controller because the Home button actually works for it. Unfortunately, it does not have pressure sensitive face buttons. For roughly $23, this controller is a good value for your family.

The lights are a lot of fun for all my kids & my 15yo has twice now looked it over & said "This is a really cool controller" lol connecting was a breeze , charges pretty quick , no lag or unresponsive buttons . I wish the battery lasted longer , but it's okay because it works while it charges & I love that . Being able to use a C cord is fantastic . We're very happy with this !

Takeaway: This is a great budget controller. I would rate this 4.5 stars. 4.5 stars = I would use it hands down without even thinking about it, especially given the price point. However, there might be better deals out there if you look around. What I used it for: I got this for my PC and raspberry Pi for retro gaming. I can also use it for my PS5 (although I think a dedicated PS5 controller is better for the PS5). It works really well for my intended purposes, which is retro and PC gaming. I played NES and N64 games and it felt nice and responsive. There were no unintended inputs and I felt like I could control the characters well. On SM3, for example, movement was great with the D-pad.Pros:-It's a decent price, especially with a coupon.-It connects really easily to my PC (the X + Share button to activate bluetooth pairing mode)-The D-pad is good, and there is decent travel, and the inputs don't get mixed up (like in some other controllers I've used).-It's lightweight-Battery life is good.-It can connect using USB C, which is always good to see.-The buttons are responsive for the price point-There is a headphone jackCons:- When rotating the joysticks around at their maximum, you can definitely feel the plastic on plastic. It doesn't affect gaming really, but it doesn't feel 100% smooth. It's not that big of a deal to be honest.- The plastic feels like plastic from a budget controller. However, it's not a deal breaker, imo. An OEM PS4 dualshock controller goes for 2-3 times the price.

Tested the controller with a Steam Deck, PC (Windows, MacOS, Linux), Switch, PS3, PS4 - all worked ok. PS5 it will not work with except in compatibility mode which limits you to playing PS4 native games only (when it will connect because I found more than often it wouldn't). The RGB is nice and bright and is a nice effect (crackling lightning). The pressure actuation forces on the buttons vary WILDLY, see below:A - 4.6NB - 1.3NX - 2.7NY - 7.9ND-Pad - 0.9NL1 - 1.0NL2 - 7.4NL3 - 14.6NR1 - 3.1NR2 - 4.6NR3 - 8.2NFace Buttons - ~2.1NTouchpad - 3.4NThe six-axis gyro as advertised is questionable as well. I could get it to work on Steam ONLY if i paired it as a Nintendo Pro controller. On Switch, it worked but then would randomly stop working until I turned the controller off and turned it back on. Also note for Switch - there is no Amiibo scanning feature.Battery life was good for the RGB on it; got 4 hours of use out of it from full charge to dead. One thing I did notice is that it slowly drained while sitting in the off powered state. Charged it to full left it sit for 3 days came back and it was down about 20%. ONLY CHARGE WITH SLOW CHARGERS (2a,5v) IF YOU USE USB-C PD; it will ungodly hot making me think it is overloading; didn't want to push this.Overall, it's a decent second controller to throw in your lineup. For me it will look unique on my controller wall.

This controller seems to be better than any other in its class. It's so versatile, I was able to connect it to my PS4 and PC. my Android Phone and My Meta Quest 3 VR headset with ease! Build quality feels good, buttons are smooth and clicking response, RGB lights are fun and I love that it's rechargeable. Excellent price point for what you get. Honestly if you're looking for a controller that works with just about anything, I think this is the one anyone would want. I didn't see any better when I looked around. Two Thumbs Up
